Cancelation and Refund policy
Cancellation of your confirmed registration before the 18 August will result
in a refund of your registration fee less a 20% penalty. From 20 August 2008
to 8 September 2008, there will be a 50% penalty fee.
After 8 September 2008 no refunds will be granted, but we will accept a
substitution if we receive written notice from the attendee stating the
intention to transfer registration to a named individual.
